More great feedback on the outbrain rating widget is coming in from bloggers:

Jerome Eteve at his new blog reviewing blog widgets says:

"Outbrain focuses on the only important thing for us bloggers: rate your posts, install in one click.

If you don’t count the blogger platform confirmation click, this is actually true and this is amazing. No template editing…

…It’s easy, it’s fast, it does one thing but it does it well."

Sizlopedia says:

"Unlike other ratings widgets, this plugin does not show any logo and does not use any kind of link marketing strategy. It is free to use and very easy to install."

And for our French readers, Yves from Exutoire says:

  • These games are awesome and the graphic is awesome as well,I recently playing them days and nights!,and I definitely agrree what up floor said. I would like to play the game with updated graphics, but then again, I think they game should be "perfect" and faithful to the original.     Happy you love our widget! Makes it worth the hard work we put into it...
    We're working on a version of the widget that will add the ratings right under the title of the post. That version will likely be different than the bottom version because we want to take less space, not push the post down, etc. We'll post about this version when it becomes available on this blog, so feel free to subscribe to the RSS.

  • Love your rating widget and I had it installed in my blog.
    Only customisation I like and hopefully you can help, is to place the rating at the top of my post instead of after the post. This way I could possibly get more response. However I would like it to be on its own line/row so that it does not push my text/photo to the right and so truncating it. Thanks.

    We'll followup with you on the LJ support issue. I don't expect this to be a biggie, but just wasn't a high priority for us so far.
    I visited your blog, but couldn't find the ratings widget on it... did you install the JavaScript version?
  • Just discovered you, and am quite impressed. Only prob is that my beloved blog is on Livejournal. You're limited to three blogging engines -- a commercial consideration, I suppose. But I'd be interested to know if you've looked at expanding to LJ. (Hey, you're in 14 languages, this is at least as good a way to bring tons of new folks aboard!)
